  • Co-arbitrator on a AAA panel involving over $250 million in claims arising out of disputes between the owner, general contractor, and multiple subcontractors and sureties on a hotel project with schedule delay and inefficiency claims, defective work claims and complex insurance claims. 

  • Co-arbitrator on ICDR panel regarding dispute between EPC contractor and its subcontractor for $55 million of claims involving project delays, mismanagement and failure to coordinate, and payment claims on a combined cycle natural gas-fired electrical generating power plant. 

  • Chair of AAA arbitration panel regarding disputes between a healthcare system and its contractor over claims and counterclaims in excess of $35 million for defective construction, schedule delays, wrongful termination, and payment claims. 

  • Co-arbitrator of  AAA dispute with $30 million of claims and counterclaims between EPC owner and contractor on a gas turbine generator power plant involving schedule delay claims, defective equipment, disputed cost increases and disputed change orders. 

  • Co-arbitrator on an ICC panel regarding $25 million in claims between an owner and a service provider relating to the operation and maintenance of wind turbines at a wind farm. 

  • Co-arbitrator on a AAA dispute between the owner, general contractor and multiple subcontractors involving $24 million of claims for schedule delays, design defects and construction defects on an apartment project.

  • Co-arbitrator on an ICC panel regarding $14 million in claims regarding a manufacturing facility involving claims for delays of steel and other materials, late completion of milestone activities, productivity and inefficiency claims, disputed change orders and defective materials. 

  • Sole arbitrator of a AAA dispute involving $10 million of claims between the owner/operator of a midstream oil and gas gathering company and a contractor installing gas pipelines involving claims for wrongful abandonment and defective work. 

  • Co-arbitrator on a AAA dispute between and owner and a general contractor involving $10 million of construction defect claims on a hotel project.

  • Co-arbitrator on an ICC panel involving $10 million of claims between an EPC contractor and its subcontractor on a natgasoline project concerning timeliness of completion, site conditions, failure to pay downstream contractors and wrongful termination.

  • Co-arbitrator on a AAA panel regarding a $9 million dispute between the owner and the general contractor of an industrial facility involving claims for defective design, late delivery of equipment, labor disruption and inefficiency, defective equipment, and owner interference. 

  • Co-arbitrated ICC dispute between a prime contractor and subcontractor arising out of the installation of wind turbines at a wind powered electric generator project involving over $8 million in claims for delay, defective performance, cost increases and failure to complete.

  • Co-arbitrator on an ICC panel involving $7 million of disputed claims between a general contractor and its subcontractor involving a sanitary sewer system on a US military base pertaining to contract interpretation issues, unpaid invoices and change orders. 

  • Sole arbitrator of a AAA dispute between a real estate investment manager and a developer involving an assisted living facility and $7 million in claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud. 

  • Co-arbitrator on a AAA arbitration panel regarding $5 million in claims between the general contractor and its subcontractor on a heavy highway project for schedule delay and defective work claims. 

  • Chair of an ICDR panel regarding a $2.8 million dispute between an owner and a general contractor regarding water intrusion and building envelope issues on a senior living facility resulting in payment claims, defect claims and change order claims. 

  • Chair of AAA panel regarding a dispute between the owner and the general contractor with $1.5 million in claims for fraud, fraud in the inducement, and fraud in real estate. 

  • Sole arbitrator in AAA case involving dispute between a commercial building owner and roof manufacturer involving claims for breach of warranty and DTPA. 

  • Sole arbitrator of numerous AAA homeowner/homebuilder disputes involving claims under RCLA, DTPA, breach of contract and breach of warranty related to problems associated with mold, foundation problems, geotechnical issues, HVAC, electrical, EIFs and other claims between $200,000 and $1 million.
